Shipping Guarantee
All requests received before 3:00pm CST are processed and shipped the same business day, any requests received after 3:00pm CST are not guaranteed same-day shipment. Customer’s shipping requirements must be made known to MEPS during the order process. If the customer’s carrier requirements and preferences are not specified, then the parts will be shipped at MEPS’s discretion. MEPS will BLIND SHIP all orders unless otherwise notated on the Purchase Order. If a part arrives damaged, please note that all parts ordered from MEPS are shipped in brand new boxes with a quality tamper seal. Be sure to inspect the box upon arrival to make sure the part was not damaged in shipment.
Return Policy
If there is an issue with an order, MEPS is to be notified no later than 5 business days from the purchase date. All items being returned to MEPS must be received within 5 business days from date RMA# was given. All items returned to MEPS with a broken quality tamper seal will be charged a 30% restocking fee. If tamper seal is broken and part is DOA the customer MUST re-order the same part from MEPS otherwise the part will be considered sold.
To obtain authorization, contact Brandi Hogan at 800.452.6377 ext 106 and obtain a Return Authorization (RMA) number. Authorized returns should be packed in the original containers, marked with the RMA number.
Exchange Policy
In order to receive full credit on an exchange purchase, the part being returned must be the same revision and part number as ordered. The part must also be in repairable condition and returned within 30 days from the purchase date to MEPS, Inc. to avoid additional billing of OEM's cost. To request an additional week to return an exchange, Brandi Hogan must be notified a minimum of 5 business days before part is due, for approval.
Privacy Policy
To ensure your privacy, MEPS will BLIND SHIP all orders unless otherwise notated on the Purchase Order. Orders paid for by VISA/Mastercard are processed immediately and the credit card number is destroyed once authorization is confirmed.
Warranty
MEPS stands behind the products we offer our customers. It is important to us that our customers receive a quality part they can count on. All parts carry a 30 day warranty from date of receipt unless otherwise specified in writing.
